Curtis Tischler, Founder & Principal

For more than 15 years, Curtis has focused on providing residential and resort real estate development consulting services, with special emphasis in resort, hospitality, new urban development and condominium conversions. Curtis is the corporate broker for Level Four and specializes in brokerage compliance, business development and operations. 

Curtis has held various sales and marketing leadership roles for real estate developers and financial services companies. Prior to his real estate career, he was an eight year member of the United States and World Championship Ski Team. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Curtis leverages his wealth of experience, market insight, and commitment to superior service to meet clients' specific needs in a timely manner — underscoring his reputation as one of the leaders in resort and urban sales and marketing on the West Coast. 

 

Jeff Condon, Principal

For more than 10 years, Jeff has focused on acquiring, managing and selling residential properties and providing analytic services to developers and their investors.  Jeff directs all business development activities and valuation analysis services for Level Four Advisors.

Jeff has a background specializing in residential and commercial real estate and an extensive track record in the acquisition, management and disposition of residential developments. Most recently Jeff worked as a vice president at Kennedy Wilson Investment Group focused on the acquisition and management of large commercial properties through debt and equity transactions.  In this role he was responsible for acquiring and managing over $500 Million in assets mainly focusing on condominium and multifamily properties, in addition to industrial, retail, land, and hotel assets.

Prior to working at Kennedy Wilson Investment Group, Jeff was one of the top deal makers for the Kennedy Wilson Brokerage and Auction Group focusing on condominium sales, REO sales and auctions.  Clients included FDIC, GMAC, Bank of America, Cerberus, Union Bank, Sterling Savings Bank, and many individual investment groups.  In this role Jeff was also instrumental in sourcing acquisitions for Kennedy Wilson's investment platforms.

Jeff has a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.  Aside from real estate, his professional experience includes IBM and Cisco Systems.  

 

Michelle Antic, Principal

Michelle has 20 years of diverse experience in real estate development, marketing and sales. She has been involved in high-density, mid-density and single family developments comprised of more than 10,000 units and more than $3 billion in sales revenue. 

While her experience is broad, her focus has always been to ensure the successful sell-out of every community. Michelle's expertise includes pre-development planning and design advisement, including floor plans, finishes and amenities advisement; developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, market research, brand positioning and identity, collateral development, and sales office and model home design.

Michelle's experience includes positions at real estate development companies and sales and marketing firms. She is a California licensed broker and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
